Our Policy
We endeavour to provide the best quality of beads, findings and associated accessories with the highest level of customer service. If for any reason, you are disappointed or otherwise with our products and services please Contact Us outling your concern. Please be sure to include your preferred contact details.
Jewellery Care
All of the findings used in our jewellery pieces are nickel based with a coating of metal plated gold, silver, copper, black nickel, antique gold, antique copper, antique silver unless otherwise specified.
Sterling Silver and Gold plated 14K findings are also available upon request and will incur extra costs to that advertised.
Looking after your jewellery is not difficult - ensure you avoid spraying perfume directly on the pieces and avoid dipping them in chlorine or salt water.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order unless specified as part of our Promo / sale.
All orders must be placed via email or online via our website. Orders placed verbally will not be accepted.
Our prices are subject to review at the discretion of management. Your order form has a time / date stamp and therefore, you will be charged the price displayed on this website at the time / date that your order was submitted online.
Orders and Delivery
JEWELLERY ITEMS -
Please allow 2-4 Working days for your orders to be processed (applicable to orders made online, via email).
Once your order is processed, you will be contacted regarding the final price please ensure you include your preferred contact details on the Order Form.
Your order will be shipped once payment is received (Confirmation received by us if you are paying via bank transfer or once Bank Cheque is cleared.)If you are paying by Cash, payment is required at time of delivery or pick up.
Delivery is done via Australia Post (Standard Mail or Express Post as advised by yourself). Postage fee is based on weight.
Delivery is avaialble to Selected areas only - please contact us to advise your location.
Pick Up is available - appointments required.
Note - If for any reason, a delivery cannot be made the shipment will be returned at the customers' expense and an additional charge will be incurred for a second delivery attempt.
DECORATION ITEMS -
Please contact us for an initial obligation free quote for any decoration items you wish to order.
Our initial meeting with you is to get to know you better and get an understanding of what you are looking for or what you may be dreaming of for your wedding day. We will provide you with a quote and pictures whenever applicable of a sample.
If you wish to proceed, a 40% deposit of the amount is required at time of booking and final payment of 60% is due 4 weeks prior to the Event date.
Initial Quote provided is valid for a period of 4 weeks from date of issue. As part of our service, we will deliver and arrange where applicable your decorations for your wedding day (within selected metro areas only in Brisbane & Gold Coast. Other areas might inccur a delivery fee which will be included in your quote. For all other states within Australia, please contact us to discuss delivery options, postage & handling.)
Final Numbers to be confirmed 1 week prior to final payment of 60%.
Hire Only Items
1. On booking of orders for hire only items, we reserve the right to request for a Security Bond of $50 at the time of booking.
2. The client is responsible for the goods and the good condition of the goods from the time of pickup or delivery or dispatch whichever is applicable / first occurs until the time of return.
3. The client will be responsible for full replacement value of the goods if goods are damaged or lost.
4. The client will be responsible for any loss of goods and / or damage such as holes, stains caused by wax & chewing gum, mildew etc. The client will be charged a replacement fee specified by us for those goods.
5. All goods hired must be returned by the day following the Event Day at 4.30pm latest (unless goods are being shipped / mailed back from interstate-return date and time will be advised on your invoice at time of dispatch). If these are not returned on time, the Security Bond will be forfeited and redeemed to Kristel Hoey Long. Consequent orders will inccur a higher Security Bond of at least $100.
6. All of our goods are carefully packed and assembled. The Client is responsible to count and check all goods hired as no refund or exchange is given. If any stock ismissing or damaged the Client will be liable to pay a replacement fee.
7. All goods for hire / rental remain the property of Kristel Hoey Long.
8. Any of our speciality goods, such as organza & satin products, feathers may not have open candles / flame used with or near them.
Cancellation of Orders
All cancellation must be notified in writing for Jewellery, Decorations and Accessories, that includes all items / products / services offered by us.
Refunds will be processed as follows :-
- If cancellation of the order is made after the initial deposit but before the final payment, we will redeem 5 % of the amount paid for the initial deposit.
- If cancellation of the order is made after the final payment but up to 1 week prior to Event day, we will redeem 50% of the total amount paid.
- If cancellation of the order is made 1 week prior to the Event day up to the day before your event, all payments made will be redeemed by us and no refunds will be given.
Gift Certificate
Please complete the order form by selecting Gift Certificate as Product to be purchased.
Advise amount required and the beneficiary of the Gift Certificate.
All Gift Certificate are valid for a period of 6 months from date of purchase or date on the Certificate.
Our Creations
We source our supplies from around the world and within Australia. For this reason, some items may take some time to be re-ordered and in some cases might be discountinued without notice. If your choice is unavailable, your orders will not be processed and you will be advised of any alternatives we can provide you - please note no payment will be incurred by our customers until they are satisfied with the productsbeing purchased.
If an item is out of order or stock is unavailable immediately, please allow about 2 weeks for us to handcraft your item(s).
Returns / Refund / Exchange Policy
We will gadly refund, exchange or replace faulty items only to the same value.
We will not refund "change of mind" purchases, exchanges for "change of mind" purchases will only be considered at the manager's discretion within 7 days of dlievery.Any cost incurred for returned items will be at the customer's expense. Any item returned must be in the same original condition as the original delivery.
Description of our items
Most of our jewellery / decorations items are coded please see a description of these codes below:-
S or S-NE = Set (applicable to jewellery items. In most cases, a set comprises of necklace and pair of earrings)
S-BNE = Set comprises of necklace, bracelet and pair of earrings
N = Necklace
B = Bracelet
E = Earrings
Please ensure when you list the items at time of order you include the full code for processing. Eg. GLD0001E = Pair of Earrings only for GLD0001 Item.
